This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee transportation broker platforms and digital portals to identify new trip opportunities, changes, cancellations, updates, and modifications.
• Assess trip requests to decide on acceptance, denial, or escalation based on service area, geographic coverage, operational capacity, client demands, and company policies.
• Precisely input approved trips into SendaRide’s scheduling system, ensuring all rider, pickup, drop-off, appointment, mileage, and trip details are complete.
• Revise ride notes, trip documentation, and scheduling information to guarantee accuracy and operational transparency.
• Collaborate with internal teams and SendaRide Guides to facilitate successful trip execution and timely performance.
• Detect trip discrepancies, missing details, scheduling issues, or operational challenges and escalate as necessary.
• Assist in ensuring billing accuracy by verifying that accepted trips are documented and updated correctly.
• Engage professionally with broker clients, internal teams, and Guides regarding trip specifics, updates, cancellations, and discrepancies.
• Aid in maintaining precise records and structured workflows across broker portals and internal systems.
• Contribute to daily transportation operations by promptly and accurately responding to shifting priorities.
• Exceptional attention to detail and precision when reviewing, entering, and updating information.
• Background in administrative support, operations support, dispatch, logistics, transportation coordination, healthcare support, customer service, or similar fields.
• Capability to work swiftly and accurately across various platforms, systems, tabs, and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication proficiency.
• Ability to adhere to guidelines, make informed decisions, and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the talent to pinpoint issues before they affect operations.
• Competence in managing time effectively and prioritizing urgent or time-sensitive tasks.
• Comfort in a dynamic, remote work environment with evolving priorities.
• Capacity to maintain confidentiality and appropriately manage sensitive information.
• Reliable attendance and strong adherence to schedules.
• Must have access to a dedicated, quiet workspace.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet.
• This role requires prolonged computer use and engagement with multiple systems throughout the day.
