This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Respond to phone inquiries and assist members.
• Carry out data entry, inquiry requests, and clerical tasks to support the Medical Brokerage Call Center.
• Input ride and billing details for completed rides.
• Keep records and reports organized within designated responsibilities.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
• Draft denial letters for CCO.
• Prepare and uphold quality-control documentation.
• Handle incoming calls.
• Conduct interviews with eligible clients to gather information for ride requests.
• Ensure timely ride assignments for providers.
• Evaluate eligibility based on program guidelines.
• Record instances when providers are unable to fulfill rides and assist in arranging alternative services.
• Take messages and direct calls to other departments.
• At least one year of experience in a call center or medical office environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Reliable and robust internet connection.
• Adaptable and capable of multitasking in fast-paced and changing circumstances.
• Ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
• A positive outlook and a constructive approach to problem-solving.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
