This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.
• Respond to phone inquiries and assist members
• Enter ride and billing data into the computer system for completed rides
• Keep accurate records and reports for assigned responsibilities
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail
• Draft denial letters for the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO)
• Organize and maintain quality control records
• Handle incoming phone calls
• Interview qualified clients to gather necessary information for ride requests
• Provide timely ride assignments to service providers
• Evaluate eligibility in accordance with program guidelines
• Document instances where providers are unable to deliver rides and assist in arranging alternative services
• Take messages and direct calls to other departments
• At least one year of experience in a call center or medical office environment
• Exceptional customer service abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Reliable and strong internet connection
• Capability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Aptitude for managing highly sensitive and confidential information
• Positive demeanor and a constructive approach to problem-solving
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
• Competitive salary starting at $18.00 per hour
