📋 Description

• Identify and secure aircraft that meet client specifications, safety regulations, and availability.

• Build and maintain a network of preferred operators.

• Negotiate pricing, availability, and conditions with vendors and operators.

• Enhance sourcing strategies focusing on Speed, Reliability, and Margin performance.

• Collaborate with Sales to facilitate high win-rate quoting.

• Uphold the Jetvia White Glove Service Standard.

• Maintain a consistent communication rhythm, manage Elite/VIP interactions, and execute Passenger Preference Profiles.

• Ensure the quality of all client-facing communications.

• Implement Elite communication standards, VIP timing protocols, and post-flight follow-up processes.

• Manage the entire client journey: Quote → Booking → Trip → Follow-up.

• Verify that all trip details are accurate, clearly communicated, and delivered seamlessly.

• Collaborate with the Trip Support Operations Manager for execution.

• Analyze all customer feedback and enact necessary changes.

• Assist in developing Membership tiers (Empty Legs / Charter), pricing structures, and service levels.

• Discover opportunities to increase retail conversion and boost client retention.

• Supervise and develop a team of 3–4 brokerage/concierge specialists.

• Establish expectations for response times, quote accuracy, and client communication.

• Conduct weekly performance reviews and quarterly evaluations.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in charter brokerage, aviation sales, or client relations.

• A robust operator network is preferred.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Part 135 and Part 91 regulations.

• Familiarity with aircraft sourcing platforms such as Avinode, etc.
