
Broker Transaction Analyst – TEMP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Review and oversee contracts, addendums, notices, and agreements related to client and customer transactions.
• Assist the Designated and Managing Brokers in supervising brokerage operations.
• Conduct training sessions on contracts, risk management, licensing responsibilities, and state real estate regulations as required.
• Respond promptly and effectively to requests for support from agents.
• Utilize advanced technology and AI-driven tools to ensure compliance in the review of contracts and transactional documents.
• Eliminate transactional obstacles and model agile workflows to improve agent experience, enhance risk management, and achieve operational excellence.
• Consult with agents and internal teams to resolve complex issues related to transactions.
• Support and advocate for eXp's risk management initiatives.
• Assist in the development, enhancement, and compliance monitoring of brokerage operations manuals.
• Work collaboratively with internal departments to implement effective solutions for the agent community.
• Provide backup support for Managing Brokers as needed.
• Carry out additional responsibilities as assigned.
• Specialized education and advanced licensing to assist the Designated Managing Broker.
• A valid real estate license is mandatory.
• At least 2 years of experience in detailed contract review.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate transactions.
• Strong expertise and experience in real estate compliance.
• Familiarity with state and federal laws, Department of Commerce regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements, NAR Code of Ethics, and MLS standards.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proven track record of successful collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Ability to make quick, informed decisions and resolve issues using sound judgment.
• Unwavering integrity and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
• Active membership in the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).
• Experience with the Skyslope transaction management system is strongly preferred.
