Broker Transaction Analyst - DC/MD

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist the Designated and Managing Brokers in ensuring that eXp agents provide exceptional real estate brokerage services.

• Facilitate training sessions covering contracts, risk management practices, licensing requirements, and state real estate regulations.

• Address agents’ inquiries for transaction support with outstanding customer service.

• Evaluate contracts and transactional documents utilizing advanced technology and AI-driven tools to confirm legal and contractual compliance.

• Eliminate transactional obstacles, model agile workflows, and engage in team initiatives that enhance agent experience, risk management, and operational excellence.

• Work with agents and internal teams to address complex transaction-related challenges.

• Aid in the implementation of eXp risk management initiatives.

• Contribute to the development, enhancement, and compliance oversight of brokerage operations manuals.

• Partner with internal departments to create effective solutions for eXp’s agent network.

• Provide backup support for Managing Brokers as necessary.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to fulfill brokerage requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in detailed contract review.

• Extensive understanding of real estate transactions.

• Strong expertise and experience in real estate compliance.

• Knowledge of state and federal laws, Department of Commerce rules and regulations, Department of Housing and Urban Development requirements, NAR Code of Ethics, and MLS standards.

• Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Proven track record of collaborating with internal stakeholders.

• Ability to make prompt, informed decisions and resolve issues with sound judgment.

• Unyielding integrity and high ethical standards.

• Active membership in the National Association of REALTORS (NAR).

• Real estate license is mandatory.

• Experience with the Skyslope transaction management system is highly preferred.
