Broker Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Effectively create new accounts through outbound calls and persistent follow-up on leads.

• Manage and enhance the sales cycle utilizing Salesforce.

• Generate new business by building relationships with decision-makers, recognizing their needs, and requesting referrals.

• Become an expert in the logistics industry and advocate for the benefits of the DAT suite of SaaS solutions.

• Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and internet, to engage with prospects.

• Meet and surpass sales targets while consistently achieving your quota.

• Participate in company, industry, and trade events to showcase the complete suite of DAT’s SaaS solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ideally, have 2+ years of proven success in a directly related role, maintaining a quota in a fast-paced, outbound sales environment.

• Experience in SaaS, subscription models, or related technology sales is highly sought after.

• Background in the logistics sector is greatly appreciated.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Hands-on experience with a CRM (preferably Salesforce) for managing a sales funnel.

• Strong computer proficiency, including Google Workspace, the internet, and more.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred; however, a high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
