Breast Pump Program Nurse Practitioner – West Region Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alaska, +10 more states.

📋 Description

• The Clinical Provider (NP) role is designed to maintain the utmost standards of care for both the company and its patients.

• Providers will be tasked with evaluating and signing breast pump prescriptions for SimpliFed patients.

• SimpliFed Providers will engage with patients through the company's electronic medical record system and virtual video platform.

• Review patient intake forms and finalize breast pump prescriptions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in the relevant clinical field (Nurse Practitioner).

• Active professional licensure in the relevant clinical field (Nurse Practitioner), in good standing with the governing board.

• Maintains active medical licensure in good standing with the appropriate governing board(s) across the Southeast Region in the following U.S. states:

• Alaska

• California

• Colorado

• Hawaii

• Idaho

• Montana

• Nevada

• Oregon

• Utah

• Washington

• Wyoming

• Preferred: Active MMIS (State Medicaid) Credentials in all states.

• Preferred: Professional certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) or Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), in good standing with the governing board.

• A minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare setting.

• A strong interest in maternal health and enhancing outcomes.

• Capability to work independently and make informed decisions in accordance with SimpliFed’s policies.

• Excellent active listening skills and sound judgment.

• Proven written and verbal communication skills, along with strong charting abilities.

• Familiarity with clinical workflows, healthcare quality and compliance standards, EHR data management, clinical documentation, HIPAA, and related regulations.
