Breast Pump Program Nurse Practitioner – 50 State Licensed

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Ensure that direct patient care is grounded in evidence and meets the requirements of SimpliFed's maternal health program.

• Evaluate and authorize breast pump prescriptions for patients of SimpliFed.

• Provide professional consultation services to patients through telehealth platforms.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in the relevant clinical field (Nurse Practitioner).

• Professional licensure in the respective clinical field (Nurse Practitioner), maintaining good standing with the governing board.

• Possess active medical licensure in good standing across all 50 U.S. states with the applicable governing board(s).

• Preferred: Professional certification as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) or Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), in good standing with the governing board.

• Minimum of 3 years of direct clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare environments.

• Preferred: Active MMIS (State Medicaid) Credentials in all states.

• Interest in maternal health and enhancing patient outcomes.

• Capability to work independently and make informed decisions consistent with SimpliFed’s policies.

• Excellent active listening skills and sound judgment.

• Proven written and verbal communication abilities, along with strong documentation skills.

• Familiarity with clinical workflows, healthcare quality and compliance standards, EHR data management, clinical documentation, HIPAA, and related regulations.
