Breakout Airtable Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design and execution of automated workflows and processes aimed at enhancing operational efficiency, data management, and overall business productivity.

• Refine and optimize existing automations to boost both efficiency and quality.

• Strategize, propose, and establish long-term processes.

• Create, develop, and implement new automated workflows and processes.

• Construct interfaces and formulas in Airtable to facilitate the streamlining of information and data, including financial dashboards, KPIs, and sales tracking.

• Diagnose, monitor, and resolve technical challenges related to automation workflows.

• Document current large systems and remain updated on software enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the design and implementation of automated workflows and processes.

• Proficiency with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, Hubspot, Slack, and Airtable; knowledge of Javascript is preferred.

• Exceptional attention to detail, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Capability to work swiftly and efficiently with minimal direct supervision.

• Experience collaborating with small remote teams is a plus.
