Braze Migration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and approve the proposed strategy, scope, effort estimates, and delivery plan for migrating from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze.

• Create a detailed migration roadmap that encompasses data, audience lists, campaign logic, workflows, configurations, integrations, and testing.

• Provide expert guidance to the client’s technical team throughout the complete migration process, ensuring effective implementation.

• Translate current Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, segmentation logic, and messaging programs into Braze.

• Identify technical dependencies, migration risks, data issues, and gaps proactively to prevent any impact on project delivery.

• Examine migrated data, configurations, campaigns, and workflows to verify their accuracy, completeness, and readiness for launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementing and managing Braze for customer engagement or lifecycle marketing initiatives.

• Documented experience in executing a migration from Salesforce Marketing Cloud to Braze.

• Comprehensive understanding of Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, automations, segmentation, data structures, and campaign logic.

• In-depth knowledge of Braze architecture, data models, audience management, campaign orchestration, and integrations.

• Capability to independently lead a migration and provide guidance to both technical and client stakeholders throughout the process.

• Braze certifications are highly preferred and will play a significant role in the selection process.

• Availability during Central time business hours.
