This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.
• Oversee the planning and execution of international events, starting from the initial concept and booth design to on-site implementation and post-event analysis.
• Serve as the main point of contact between global venues, vendors, and internal teams.
• Coordinate complex calendars, schedule cross-functional meetings, and manage intricate travel and event logistics.
• Assist the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, expense monitoring, and reporting tasks.
• Handle both internal and external communications, ensuring that the brand voice remains consistent across English and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in global corporate events or the professional event sector.
• Native or full professional fluency in English and Spanish (additional proficiency in Italian is a plus).
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
• Understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management processes.
