This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.
• Oversee the planning and execution of international events from inception to completion
• Serve as the main point of contact between global venues, vendors, and stakeholders
• Organize calendars, arrange meetings, and manage travel logistics
• Assist with budget reconciliation and performance analysis
• Handle internal and external communications to ensure brand alignment
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or Hospitality & Tourism Management
• A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated success in global corporate events or the professional event sector
• Native or full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish (Italian proficiency is a plus)
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management
• Ability to adapt to a variety of tasks
