Brands Event Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the coordination of international events from the initial concept and booth design to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.

• Serve as the main point of contact between global venues, vendors, and internal stakeholders to guarantee smooth service delivery.

• Handle complex calendars, arrange cross-functional meetings, and manage intricate travel and event logistics, along with Finance & Budget coordination.

• Assist the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, monitoring expenses, and providing detailed performance reports.

• Manage calendars, organize meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.

• Oversee both internal and external communications, ensuring that the brand voice remains consistent across English and Spanish-speaking markets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management.

• Willingness and availability to travel as needed.

• Experience: 5+ years of demonstrated success in global corporate events or the professional event sector.

• Linguistic Proficiency: Native or full professional proficiency in English and Spanish is essential. (Additional points for proficiency in Italian).

• Tech-Savvy: Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office, with the ability to quickly learn new project management tools.

• A strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management.

• Adaptability: A mindset of "no task too big or small," comfortable transitioning from high-level sponsorship strategy to ground-level execution.
