This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Oversee the organization of international events from the initial idea and booth design to on-site implementation and post-event analysis.
• Serve as the main point of contact between global venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Handle the details by managing complex schedules, arranging cross-departmental meetings, and overseeing detailed travel and event logistics, as well as Finance & Budget coordination.
• Assist the Expansion Team with budget reconciliation, expense monitoring, and comprehensive performance reporting.
• Organize calendars, set up meetings, and arrange travel logistics.
• Facilitate both internal and external communications, ensuring the brand message remains consistent across English and Spanish-speaking markets.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Event Management or a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality & Tourism Management.
• Over 5 years of demonstrated success in global corporate events or the professional event sector.
• Native or full professional proficiency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
• Advanced skills in Google Suite and Microsoft Office are required.
• A strong understanding of budgeting, invoicing, and expense management is essential.
