Brand Support Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design social media posts, advertisement banners, newsletters, presentation decks, and branded documents for both the agency and its clients.

• Develop additional visual applications, print materials, and digital assets that align with each brand's identity.

• Handle multiple design projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.

• Modify and refine designs according to feedback from the team and clients.

• Offer daily support to designers and team members, which may include light administrative duties.

• Implement and enhance brands developed by Afternow across various marketing materials, advertisements, social media assets, and presentation decks.

• Assist retainer clients and the agency's marketing efforts through various visual touchpoints.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in brand design.

• Background in an agency, tech company, or as a freelancer.

• Proven experience in brand design, presentation design, and/or marketing campaigns.

• Strong portfolio that demonstrates design abilities and a keen sense of aesthetics.

• Solid understanding of brand development across marketing materials, social assets, and presentation design.

• Experience in creating templates and decks using PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.

• Capability to produce print and digital materials that accurately reflect brand identity.

• Ability to deliver refined design variations quickly across multiple clients.

• Proficient in Figma and Illustrator.

• Comfortable creating templates in PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Keynote.

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

• Effective in collaborating with designers, team members, and clients.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly organized.

• Familiarity with Adobe After Effects is a plus.

• Experience with animation or Motion/After Effects is an added advantage.
