This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Develop and implement a detailed social media strategy that reflects our brand voice and objectives.
• Create and oversee a content calendar for platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
• Produce high-quality video content, including promotional materials, product videos, and social media reels.
• Edit videos to ensure they are optimized for each specific platform.
• Manage and nurture our social media communities by promptly responding to comments and messages.
• Identify and partner with influencers to enhance our reach and credibility.
• Plan and execute product photo and video shoots.
• Analyze social media metrics and deliver regular performance reports.
• Stay informed about social media trends and platform updates, adjusting strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain consistency across all channels.
• Demonstrated experience in social media management and growth, particularly on Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn, ideally within the game, sports, or toy industries.
• Advanced skills in video editing and production.
• Proficient in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and leveraging social media to drive sales.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
• Experience in influencer outreach and management.
• Excellent visual and written communication abilities.
• Knowledge of product photography and videography.
• Capability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and video content.
