Brand Protection Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Oversee Google Shopping and Ads, Amazon, social media, and various platforms for counterfeit or imitation listings.

• Submit precise IP and trademark takedown requests.

• Monitor each case from identification to resolution.

• Follow up on outstanding complaints and escalate intricate cases.

• Keep detailed, accurate reports and status updates.

• Recognize repeat offenders and prevalent infringement trends.

• Complete up to 50 valid takedown requests each month, dependent on the availability of infringements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in filing IP or trademark takedown requests.

• Experience in monitoring Google, Amazon, social media, or other marketplaces.

• Strong skills in online research, documentation, and case tracking.

• Proficient written English and dependable communication skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working autonomously.

• Committed to consistent follow-up until cases are resolved.

• Direct experience in IP or trademark takedowns is essential; candidates without this experience will not be considered.

• Capability to work with dependable CET overlap.

• $400 per month for 20 hours of work per week, encompassing ongoing monitoring, reporting, and up to 50 takedown submissions.

• Additional performance bonus ranging from $150 to $250 per month, based on takedown volume and the availability of infringements.
