
Brand Payments Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the secondary point of contact for Brand Payments Associates, escalating issues to the Supervisor when necessary.
• Produce weekly KPI reports for Brand Associates and follow up on any pending items.
• Address any escalated inquiries from cross-functional partners, including operations, cash applications, accounting operations, or other internal stakeholders.
• Ensure that Zendesk requests are fulfilled in accordance with SLAs.
• Provide backup support for any brand payment associate as required.
• Lead discussions with brand partners.
• Collaborate with the Supervisor on special projects, process improvements, and system enhancements.
• Perform second-level quality reviews of team members' work prior to escalation to the Team Lead.
• Support the onboarding and training of new team members; assist in maintaining and updating SOPs.
• Remain adaptable and eager to learn new tools and systems as business requirements change.
• 3–4 years of experience in accounting, finance operations, or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in financial systems; experience with QuickBooks is advantageous.
• 1-2 years of demonstrated experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity within accounting operations, finance, or a related area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, particularly in payment processing and reconciliation.
• Advanced skills in Excel (including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and pivot tables).
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within finance, accounting, or logistics is strongly preferred.
• Robust leadership abilities to support a growing team and business.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong time management and organizational skills in a high-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field is preferred.
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn new software and adapt to changing processes.
