This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Guide the creative vision and create assets for digital initiatives, landing pages, emails, social media, advertisements, print materials, packaging, and events across both our direct-to-consumer and B2B sectors.
• Develop, enhance, and advance our visual identity, providing strategic recommendations for brand representation (including illustrations, icons, color schemes, typography, animations, and motion graphics).
• Oversee and uphold Tiny Health's Brand Guidelines/Standards, ensuring uniformity across all platforms.
• Create scalable systems: Design self-service templates, asset repositories, and workflows that empower non-designers to produce on-brand materials efficiently.
• Work collaboratively across departments with marketing, product/UX, science, and external agencies to transform business goals into engaging creative work.
• Demonstrate strong stakeholder management abilities, including the capacity to consolidate conflicting feedback, ask clarifying questions, and make informed creative choices that align with broader business objectives.
• Simplify complexity: Transform scientific and health-related concepts into accessible, persuasive visuals that educate and convert audiences.
• Optimize for performance: Refine creative outputs based on data analytics and channel-specific needs to enhance results.
• Contribute creative insights: Provide a strategic viewpoint on brand positioning and visual storytelling as we venture into new markets.
• 5-7+ years of professional brand design experience, preferably in a full-time role within dynamic startup environments (experience in DTC health/wellness is highly desirable).
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand system development, multi-channel campaigns, and visual storytelling skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail, demonstrated by an impeccable portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Canva.
• Familiarity with Webflow, Webflow CMS, and its applications is advantageous.
• Proven track record of developing and scaling brand systems, rather than merely executing one-off projects.
• History of translating complex ideas into clear, compelling visuals.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify creative choices.
• Excellent project management capabilities with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects.
• A proactive individual: Eager to be actively involved in producing work, rather than solely directing others.
• Remote-First Company: our working hours follow a 2-hour window from 9 am to 6 pm CST.
• Driven by an ambitious mission: we're reinventing how we should think about wellness from the first 1,000 days to the last.
• Shape what we build, not just how we build it: we prioritize experimentation by taking ownership and moving quickly.
• No hidden agendas: we operate with complete transparency because when everyone’s aligned with the same honest perspective, time is spent on impact rather than politics.
• High standards, human culture: we set a high bar for ourselves and do so alongside a team that can laugh at themselves, making challenging days genuinely enjoyable.
