This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement Oviva’s visual identity across various brand touchpoints.
• Take ownership of and maintain corporate identity, style guides, frameworks, and scalable design systems.
• Identify visual inconsistencies and implement enhancements to strengthen visual unity.
• Create visual concepts for campaigns, product communications, and brand narratives.
• Generate storyboards, mood boards, and narrative sketches.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce emotionally impactful and performance-driven creatives.
• Deliver a range of static, motion, and performance creatives, as well as presentation materials.
• Utilize data-driven design iterations in line with key performance indicators.
• Mentor and support external contributors to uphold design quality.
• Facilitate design critiques and foster a culture of collaborative feedback.
• Guide internal stakeholders on effective brand utilization.
• Enhance templates and advocate for AI tools and workflows to expedite production.
• Exceptional visual design and storytelling skills.
• Extensive knowledge of branding, typography, layout, motion, and visual systems.
• Strong ability to collaborate with stakeholders and integrate feedback.
• Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and relevant AI-enhanced tools.
• Capacity to balance creativity with performance and brand consistency.
• Demonstrated experience in brand design roles, preferably in digital-first settings.
• Robust portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and execution capabilities.
• Comfortable presenting and defending design rationale to varied audiences.
• Native German speaker with fluent English proficiency.
• Experience in performance marketing or product branding is a plus.
• Familiarity with brand measurement and creative testing (e.g., A/B testing) is advantageous.
• Experience mentoring junior designers or collaborating with external creatives is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Communication, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
