This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Develop high-quality visual design solutions across both digital and print mediums, which include websites, landing pages, email campaigns, social media, presentations, and marketing initiatives.
• Collaborate with ACDs, writers, account teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to transform business objectives into engaging creative solutions.
• Oversee projects from inception to final production, ensuring outstanding craftsmanship, consistency, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Create innovative concepts, visual systems, layouts, and design strategies that enhance the Resource Innovations brand while achieving project objectives.
• Contribute to the development and upkeep of Resource Innovations’ brand, design systems, templates, and creative standards.
• Present design ideas and articulate the creative rationale to internal stakeholders, while integrating feedback and preserving design integrity.
• Manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
• Generate production-ready files for both digital and print outputs, ensuring precision and quality in execution.
• Enhance creative workflows, templates, and design processes to boost team efficiency and consistency.
• Remain updated on emerging design trends, technologies, and AI-powered creative tools, applying valuable new methodologies.
• Guide junior designers through constructive feedback, design critiques, and collaborative problem-solving when opportunities arise.
• 5–10+ years of professional design experience.
• Exceptional visual designer with a robust digital and print portfolio.
• Mastery of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma.
• Strong skills in layout, typography, brand systems, and production/detail.
• Capability to convert loosely defined briefs into intelligent design solutions.
• Comfortable in presenting work and justifying design choices.
• Collaborative, composed under pressure, organized, and driven by deadlines.
• Strong resourcefulness and solution-oriented mindset.
• Willing and prepared to work on PowerPoint presentations if necessary.
• Ability to establish consistent systems across campaigns, presentations, social media, landing pages, emails, one-pagers, and sales materials.
• Experience in agency or in-house creative settings is preferred.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint design and creating executive/client presentation decks.
• Experience with motion/animation using After Effects, Premiere, Lottie, or GIF/social animations.
• Skills in illustration or icon systems.
• Successful completion of a comprehensive background check and reference check.
