This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Spearhead brand campaigns: Take charge of the visual strategy for our brand initiatives β including integrated campaigns, out-of-home advertising, events, experiential activations, and more β from the initial brief to final execution.
β’ Collaborate across disciplines: Work in partnership with copywriters, video and motion creatives, and marketing stakeholders to bring integrated concepts to fruition.
β’ Enhance visual identity: Collaborate with Brand Studio leadership on the advancement of PandaDoc's visual identity β including typography, color schemes, composition, photography direction, and design system guidelines.
β’ Ensure quality and consistency: Review brand creative produced by the team to guarantee that all outputs align with the standards we are striving to achieve.
β’ Develop AI-driven design processes: Identify and implement AI tools that enhance design productivity and creative efficiency.
β’ Over 6 years of experience in brand or visual design, supported by a portfolio that showcases strong campaign ideation and execution.
β’ Demonstrated ability to design across various channels and placements β including print media, OOH, digital formats, events, paid social, and brand campaigns. You're versatile and proficient in all formats, rather than specializing in just one.
β’ Strong visual acumen β capable of directing photography, setting the tone, and providing feedback that sharpens the quality of work.
β’ Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and the complete Adobe Creative Suite.
β’ Knowledge of design systems and brand governance β you have contributed to the evolution of a visual identity, not solely executed within an established one.
β’ Experience with AI design tools and the ability to incorporate them into real production workflows β increasing output without sacrificing quality.
β’ Skilled in digital user experiences β including landing pages, web design, and email marketing.
β’ Experience in-house at a B2B SaaS or tech company (agency experience is acceptable if accompanied by a strong brand portfolio).
β’ Bonus: Skills in illustration.
