This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +3 more states.
• Enhance and manage Pager Health’s visual brand identity across marketing and sales platforms, ensuring consistency and alignment with our dynamic market position.
• Develop impactful visual narratives for digital marketing, executive presentations, sales enablement materials, social media, thought leadership, video/motion graphics, and web content.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to refine messaging and construct persuasive presentation narratives for buyers and RFP submissions.
• Convert intricate and data-intensive healthcare and AI concepts into clear and engaging visuals, such as charts, diagrams, frameworks, and infographics.
• Create scalable templates, visual systems, and storytelling frameworks that enhance speed, quality, and consistency across teams.
• Oversee the management of the design and media library, ensuring quality control and version accuracy.
• Assist Growth and executive leadership by producing polished, data-driven presentations for internal strategy and external stakeholder engagement.
• Provide graphic design support for member engagement, including client-branded assets for email campaigns, digital platforms, and direct mail.
• Implement modern design methodologies and utilize emerging tools, including AI-enabled software, to boost efficiency and creative impact.
• Over 5 years of experience in B2B marketing design, with a portfolio showcasing strong brand execution and enterprise sales storytelling.
• Demonstrated ability to create narrative arcs that effectively convey the problem, solution, value, and differentiation for sophisticated buyers.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Braze, Canva, Figma, HubSpot, and other related design and motion tools; skilled in PowerPoint presentation design.
• Strong grasp of visual hierarchy, typography, and layout principles for both brand and revenue-related materials.
• Experience in healthcare, health tech, SaaS, or similar complex industries is preferred.
• Capability to function as a strategic partner to Marketing, Sales, and Growth Leadership, influencing storytelling and establishing structure.
• Excellent project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication abilities.
• A builder’s mindset: you thrive on refining systems, raising standards, and advancing work without waiting for perfect inputs.
• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant design field (graphic design, interaction design, brand and product design, marketing, or media) or equivalent work experience is a plus.
