• Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure efficiency, precision, and adherence to company policies.

• Supervise and manage workflows and operational processes, pinpointing areas for enhancement and applying best practices.

• Accountable for the formulation and continual assessment of branch operational policies and procedures.

• Guarantee compliance with all relevant regulatory standards.

• Collaborate with branch leadership to create and sustain suitable staffing models.

• Aid in the training and onboarding of new employees while supporting ongoing professional development efforts.

• Conduct regular evaluations of branch performance metrics and compile reports for management.

• Act as a liaison for addressing operational challenges and assisting branch personnel in their daily tasks.

• Keep comprehensive records of operational activities and compliance documentation.

• Engage in the rollout of new systems, procedures, and technologies to improve operational efficiency.

• Promote a culture of ongoing improvement, teamwork, and excellence in customer service throughout the branch.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Significant experience in banking, financial services, or branch operations is highly sought after.

• Strong understanding of regulatory standards and operational procedures.
