BPL Diligence Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.

📋 Description

• Conduct BPL diligence activities to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

• Evaluate loan files and diligence outputs for thoroughness and compliance.

• Oversee personal workload and production metrics, raising any risks as necessary.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues and leadership to execute workflows and resolve issues.

• Recognize process deficiencies and offer suggestions for ongoing improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in residential mortgage-related roles (including origination, underwriting/processing, or secondary market due diligence).

• Strong understanding of lender guidelines.

• Familiarity with standard mortgage documents and key data points.

• Experience with origination LOS and/or due diligence systems.

• Skilled in basic income and asset calculations as well as credit report analysis.

• Excellent analytical capabilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.
