This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee, assess, and manage essential performance indicators (KPIs) to guarantee departmental excellence: Customer Feedback Scores (NPS) – monitor and enhance client satisfaction.
• Missed Deliverable Percentage
• Staff Utilization Percentage
• Budgeted Hours vs. Actual Hours – aim to maintain actual hours at or below budget; investigate reasons for discrepancies and propose solutions related to performance, training, or process enhancement.
• Work in collaboration with onboarding teams and bookkeepers to ensure that new work instructions are documented prior to the assignment of ClickUp tasks.
• Engage in in-depth sessions with new clients during the onboarding process.
• Ensure financial books are closed in accordance with contractual agreements.
• Perform Month-End Reviews.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and negotiate deadlines for receiving critical statements and responses to queries.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients that promote excellence in service delivery.
• Exemplify excellence in remote work practices and communication.
• Drive process enhancements that boost efficiency and service quality (participate in, propose, or lead continuous improvement initiatives through special projects or when client scope changes).
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and ongoing improvement.
• Create a trusting work environment where staff members feel valued and heard.
• Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings to offer coaching, feedback, and support.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in bookkeeping.
• At least 2 years of supervisory, management, or team leadership experience.
• A college certificate in accounting/bookkeeping/business administration or a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Comprehensive understanding of accrual bookkeeping, payroll, debits and credits, clearing accounts, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and additional related areas.
• Proficient knowledge of the inner workings of accounting systems: invoicing, payables, bookkeeping, tax rates, etc.
• Strong expertise in using Excel and/or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
• Tech-savvy: Advanced experience with various bookkeeping software (Xero, QBO, Dext, A2X, Shopify).
