This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Accounts Receivable and Cash Collection: Generate and issue invoices, communicate with clients, ensure accurate VAT application, track overdue payments, and resolve billing issues.
• Accounts Payable & Debtors Management: Enter client invoices into Xero, oversee debtors, and compare received invoices with the internal dashboard.
• Data Entry, Controls and Administration: Ensure precise financial records, assist in reconciliation processes, and implement internal controls.
• Customer & Client Liaison: Address financial inquiries and escalate complex issues as necessary.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting support position.
• Proficient in using Xero for invoicing, bookkeeping, and reporting purposes.
• Strong comprehension of UK VAT regulations and their application.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent in English.
