
Bookkeeper – MYOB Acumatica, Accounts & Finance Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable functions
• Process supplier invoices and ensure prompt payments
• Track customer payments and follow up on overdue accounts
• Foster positive relationships with both suppliers and customers
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations
• Upload and manage banking transactions in MYOB Acumatica
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies within financial records
• Process and maintain accurate records of invoices
• Reconcile purchase orders, invoices, and payment transactions
• Ensure proper coding and allocation of expenses
• Support financial integrity across inventory and operational processes
• Maintain precise and current financial records
• Assist with month-end financial processes and reporting
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting practices and standards
• Provide general finance and administrative assistance as necessary
• Experience with MYOB Acumatica is essential
• Familiarity with wholesale, distribution, retail, or inventory-centric businesses is highly preferred
• Experience working with overseas suppliers and in inventory-intensive operations is beneficial
• Understanding of high-SKU product environments and operational finance support is advantageous
• Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping, accounts, or finance support roles
• Strong proficiency in MYOB Acumatica
• Comprehensive understanding of:
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Bank reconciliations
• Invoice processing
• General bookkeeping principles
• High level of attention to detail and strong numerical accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Capability to work independently and effectively manage priorities
• Nice to Have:
• Experience in wholesale, distribution, retail, or inventory-driven sectors
• Exposure to multi-supplier and inventory-based operations
• Knowledge of finance processes in logistics or product distribution businesses
