
Bookkeeper – Leadership Experience

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Assist the finance department by overseeing daily accounting and financial responsibilities.
• Manage reconciliations, debits, credits, and general bookkeeping tasks.
• Participate in the annual and periodic budgeting procedures, collaborating with management to create precise financial forecasts and projections.
• Identify and resolve financial discrepancies with precision and promptness.
• Ensure that all financial records are precise, organized, and current.
• Work in conjunction with team members to optimize financial processes and enhance business operations.
• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and bookkeeping methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Experience in property management accounting, covering rent collections, tenant billing, owner reporting, and expense tracking, is highly desirable.
• Prior leadership or management experience, with the capability to supervise, mentor, and coordinate team members while juggling multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Familiarity with property management software (AppFolio), phone systems (Nextiva), and Adobe for documentation/design is advantageous.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting while effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• At least 1 year of leadership, supervisory, or management experience overseeing accounting, finance, or operations teams.
