Bookkeeper, Junior FP&A Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Maintain financial documentation, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist with monthly reconciliations.

• Support financial analysis activities, offering insights for data-driven decision-making.

• Oversee accounts payable by processing vendor invoices, scheduling payments, and reconciling accounts.

• Monitor accounts receivable, generate invoices for B2B clients, and send timely reminders for overdue payments.

• Supervise a centralized cost management system, ensuring precise tracking and categorization of expenses.

• Track credit card expenditures and reconcile transactions on a monthly basis.

• Reconcile bank statements, Wise, Shopify, and other payment processing platforms.

• Assist accountants in preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements.

• Maintain precise records of inventory levels and costs, calculating Cost of Goods Sold (COGS).

• Monitor and allocate project costs for creative agency assignments and manage budgets accordingly.

• Prepare comprehensive quotations and budgets for clients, tracking actual expenses against budgets.

⛳️ Requirements

• A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in bookkeeping, accounting, or finance-related positions.

• Familiarity with financial software and tools; proficiency in accounting platforms is advantageous.

• Exceptional organizational skills and the capacity to effectively prioritize tasks.

• Experience in an agency or retail setting is preferred.

• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are a bonus.
