
Bookkeeper, Financial Administrative Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and reconcile financial records utilizing QuickBooks Online
• Ensure precise segregation of financial data across various entities
• Collaborate directly with organizational leadership to clarify monthly transactions
• Prepare fundamental internal financial reports and assist with requests from external CPAs
• Organize and maintain financial documents and back-office procedures
• Aid in compliance-related activities and communication with regulatory agencies
• Provide support for budgeting, grant, and property-related documentation as required
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and administrative support (experience in non-profits is advantageous)
• High level of proficiency in QuickBooks Online
• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and follow-up abilities
• Capability to manage tasks independently with limited supervision
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous or changing environments
• Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week) with some overlap in U.S. time zones
