Bookkeeper, Accounting Support Specialist – Multi-Client

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Coding transactions, performing reconciliations, supporting accounts payable/accounts receivable, managing invoicing, and following up on collections.

• Month-end preparation and closing checklists executed consistently and promptly.

• Well-maintained financial records and timely documentation ready for the owner, CPA, or finance lead.

• Regular financial reports, cash flow updates, and closing summaries provided on time.

• Comprehensive management of expense reviews, vendor communications, invoice workflows, and recordkeeping.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in full-cycle bookkeeping or accounting support.

• More than 2 years of experience with QuickBooks Online and/or Xero.

• Proven track record of reconciling 3 or more accounts monthly for a minimum of 12 months.

• Experience handling over $100k in monthly transactions or managing 150+ transactions each month.

• Capability to close books by the 10th day or sooner for 6 consecutive months, or oversee 10 or more client books simultaneously.

• A professional home office setup with a reliable internet connection.

• Submission of an introductory video is required as part of the hiring process.
