This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conceptual presentation of the chatbot model including the outlined functionalities

• User testing, validation by the technical and business teams

• Comprehensive documentation and code stored in the Git repository

• Research existing technologies in audio processing and speech recognition

• Identify how other chatbots utilize audio to interact with users

• Develop simple prototypes that integrate audio functionalities

• Ensure that audio functionalities communicate effectively with the chatbot system

• Assess the system's performance with various audio types and accents

• Create detailed documentation regarding the new audio functionalities

• Conduct internal tests to evaluate the capabilities of the new models

• Evaluate existing biases within the models

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed PhD

• Ability to work with Transformer architecture

• Knowledge of LLMs

• Experience in GenAi and Amazon Bedrock

• Familiarity with AWS cloud services

• Experience with version control technologies (GitHub)

• Desirable knowledge: Experience in more than 2 projects involving GenAi

• Experience in audio analytics

• Knowledge of LangChain, LangGraph, and Multi-agents

• Understanding of Machine Learning algorithms
