📋 Description

• Investigate and oversee bodily injury claims that do not involve attorney representation.

• Assess coverage, establish liability, evaluate damages, and negotiate claims effectively.

• Collaborate directly with clients to collect information and clarify the claims process.

• Detect potential subrogation or fraud and collaborate with internal teams to secure the best outcomes.

• Must possess an active insurance license or be willing to terminate existing appointments before onboarding.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Fundamental understanding of bodily injury claims management and insurance policies.

• Competence in case management and claims administration.

• Capable of fulfilling customer service skill requirements.
