Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Conduct investigations and verify the particulars of loss for a range of automobile accidents, from basic to advanced cases.

• Assess coverage details, liability, and damages associated with claims.

• Adjust and negotiate claims within the established limits of authority.

• Manage intricate auto injury claims in the states of Georgia and/or Florida.

• Collaborate with assigned fraud or subrogation representatives to secure optimal outcomes.

• Recognize and identify vehicle components and comprehend potential property damage implications.

• Identify customer requirements and effectively address them by employing suitable customer service skills.

• Assess subrogation or fraud possibilities and determine the appropriate handling procedures.

• Utilize an intermediate level of understanding regarding company policies, industry insurance practices, and organizational dynamics.

• Thoroughly investigate all facets of auto claims, including coverage, damages, and subrogation, exercising discretion and independence within a broader scope of authority.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience as an adjuster is preferred for this role.

• Intermediate knowledge of insurance policies, the insurance sector, and organizational dynamics.

• Strong investigative abilities.

• Familiarity with vehicle components and their potential for property damage.

• Proficient customer service skills.

• Excellent collaboration and communication capabilities.

• Must have authorization to work in the United States.

• A dedicated, private workspace that is free from distractions is required for remote work.

• Reliable internet access is essential, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
