This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Conduct investigations into automobile accidents that involve either one or multiple vehicles, which may lead to property damage and/or bodily injuries, in collaboration with attorneys during litigation.
• Manage casualty claims predominantly in California and the Northwest States.
• Evaluate coverage, liability, and damages associated with claims.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
• Engage with customers and attorneys through various communication methods, including voice calls, emails, text messages, and occasionally video chats.
• Negotiate equitable injury settlements with customers, vendors, third-party carriers, and claimants.
• Conduct comprehensive damage assessments and interpret policies to ascertain coverage.
• Uphold Allstate’s claims culture by demonstrating care, empowerment, and restoration.
• Oversee claim communications in accordance with customer preferences and provide updates on progress.
• Assess and negotiate claim settlements following established legal and business practices.
• Employ critical thinking and problem-solving abilities in complex and challenging scenarios.
• Utilize estimation tools, job aids, and settlement platforms effectively.
• Implement policies in line with policy agreements.
• Maintain accurate and clear records within the claims system.
• Ensure timely and precise claim documentation.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in handling Casualty 100% Litigation third-party claims is required.
• Candidates from California will be given consideration.
• Excellent communication skills, particularly over the phone, are essential.
• Ability to work autonomously and remotely while managing time effectively.
• Familiarity with insurance policies, coverage, and liability assessment is necessary.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills are required.
• Knowledge of innovative tools and platforms for evaluating claims is preferred.
• An adjuster and/or appraiser license may be necessary depending on the office/area; if applicable, the required license(s) must be obtained within 60 days of hiring.
• Must successfully pass a background investigation.
