This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.
• Create and oversee personalized ABA treatment plans.
• Perform assessments and track progress effectively.
• Guide and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
• Collaborate with families to ensure consistent and effective care.
• Complete necessary documentation and maintain clinical quality.
• Remain up-to-date with the latest practices and advancements in the field.
• Valid BCBA certification and Arizona LBA license (mandatory).
• Experience in delivering ABA services through telehealth.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
• A client-centered, results-oriented approach.
• Capability to effectively balance clinical and administrative duties.
