This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Perform evaluations and create tailored treatment strategies
• Oversee and provide continuous clinical guidance to RBTs
• Facilitate parent education and collaboration with caregivers
• Maintain clinical quality, ensure accuracy in documentation, and adhere to compliance standards
• Work in conjunction with internal clinical and operations teams
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Colorado licensure, if required, or the ability to fulfill state and payer prerequisites before starting
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and organizational abilities
• Preferred experience in delivering ABA services in home-based environments
• $80–$100/hour, depending on the type of supervision
