This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage personalized, home-based ABA programs.
• Create and execute effective, ethical treatment plans customized for each child.
• Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians to guarantee high-quality service delivery.
• Provide practical training in ABA methods for staff and caregivers.
• Collaborate with families through parent training and ongoing support.
• Handle clinical documentation, including insurance authorizations.
• Utilize and analyze VB-MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS assessments to guide care.
• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Capability to obtain New Jersey LBA upon hiring.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 months of practical ABA experience.
• Bilingual, preferably fluent in Spanish.
• Strong capacity to assess, formulate, and modify treatment plans effectively.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring team members within a clinical environment.
• Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish trust with families and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Considerate and adaptable approach when working with diverse populations.
• Organized, dependable, and capable of managing responsibilities independently.
• New Jersey Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) listed under required certifications.
