This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Manage and direct personalized, home-based ABA programs.
• Create and implement effective, ethical treatment plans customized for each child.
• Supervise and assist Behavior Technicians to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Provide practical training in ABA techniques to staff and caregivers.
• Collaborate with families through parent training and ongoing support.
• Handle clinical documentation, including insurance authorizations.
• Use and analyze assessments such as VB-MAPP, AFLS, and ABLLS to guide care.
• Active BCBA certification required.
• Capability to obtain New Jersey LBA upon hiring.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Special Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 6 months of practical ABA experience.
• Bilingual skills, particularly in Spanish, are preferred.
• Strong competence in assessing, developing, and modifying treatment plans effectively.
• Experience in supervising and mentoring team members within a clinical environment.
• Excellent professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to establish trust with families and collaborate effectively across teams.
