This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Mexico.
• Performing assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
• Creating and executing personalized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
• Offering individual therapy and family support services.
• Overseeing and guiding BTs/RBTs to ensure the delivery of consistent, high-quality care.
• Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive care solutions.
• Keeping precise and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Remaining updated on the latest research and best practices in behavioral health.
• BCBA Certification is required.
• A Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related field.
• Experience in working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Excellent clinical and interpersonal communication skills.
• A sense of empathy, patience, and a dedication to client-centered care.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Current CPR Certification (assistance with certification will be provided if necessary).
• Capability to pass a background check (mandated by funding sources).
• Willingness and physical capacity to work directly with children (including lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, sitting on the floor, etc.).
