Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Perform initial evaluations and functional behavior assessments to create personalized behavior intervention plans (BIPs).

• Oversee and provide training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other personnel.

• Work in partnership with families, caregivers, and additional service providers to guarantee a thorough and coordinated treatment strategy.

• Track client progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer continuous support and guidance to families and caregivers.

• Remain informed about the latest research and best practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).

• Engage in 65% billable hours and 35% non-billable hours, with all hours compensated.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Master's Degree in Behavior Analysis.

• BCBA License from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

• Experience in working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental disabilities.

• Extensive knowledge of behavior analysis principles and methodologies.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Capability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
