This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Conduct functional behavior assessments and create individualized treatment plans.
• Provide continuous supervision and support to RBTs and behavior technicians.
• Facilitate parent training and work with caregivers to ensure consistency across various environments.
• Review client progress and make treatment decisions based on data.
• Maintain documentation that complies with BACB, HIPAA, and Colorado Medicaid standards.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary providers and community supports as needed.
• Engage in ongoing clinical collaboration and effective team communication.
• Valid BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related discipline.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and clinical decision-making abilities.
• Comfortable working in both home and community environments.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are required.
• Experience in supervising RBTs is preferred.
• New BCBAs are encouraged to apply; mentorship and support will be provided.
