This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.
• Manage client treatment from initial assessment to care delivery.
• Perform both initial and follow-up assessments that are functional, behavioral, and developmental.
• Create, supervise, and implement clients' Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and Treatment Plans.
• Act as the clinical lead for client cases, offering supervision to Behavior Technicians.
• Evaluate and review client programs to analyze data, assess progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Observe program execution and provide training on interventions when required.
• Collaborate closely with clients and their families to deliver family training and support.
• Meet with primary caregivers to discuss observations and any concerns.
• Work in partnership with colleagues, parents, and schools to share insights and implement effective intervention programs across different settings.
• Advocate for awareness and share information about Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through training and presentations, both on-site and off-site.
• Attend and contribute to team meetings where ideas, success stories, and recent research topics are discussed for application in treatment.
• Hold a master’s degree in ABA or a related discipline.
• Maintain an active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
• Possess knowledge of best practices in autism treatment.
• Preferred candidates are currently licensed in Illinois (IL), Maryland (MD), Michigan (MI), Pennsylvania (PA), Tennessee (TN), and Virginia (VA).
• Have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families.
• Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
• Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a satisfactory driving record.
• Meet the physical demands of the position, including lifting packages or equipment and accessing non-barrier free premises.
• Enjoy collaborating in an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement client treatment plans.
• Exhibit strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to maintain records, prepare reports, and develop timely correspondence related to work.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Be flexible to work independently as needed while also enjoying teamwork.
• Previous experience providing services in a telehealth format is preferred.
• Have a strong understanding of telehealth technology and platforms for engaging clients, conducting assessments, and overseeing treatment plans remotely.
• Experience delivering ABA services via telehealth and familiarity with telehealth platforms (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or HIPAA-compliant software).
• Ability to modify treatment strategies for a virtual environment while ensuring high engagement and clinical effectiveness.
• Strong technical skills to navigate telehealth tools, troubleshoot issues, and train staff and families remotely.
• Compensation Range: $80,000 – $99,000 (base pay + incentive bonus).
