Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst – BCABA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Conduct intake evaluations, which include functional behavioral assessments and skills assessments.

• Develop comprehensive treatment plans of care.

• Oversee and monitor the progress of behavior technicians.

• Create positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans with personalized goals.

• Supervise and train ABA technicians effectively.

• Implement, model, and oversee individualized behavior support and skill plans alongside ABA technicians.

• Assist families during discussions to ensure parents comprehend assessment outcomes and treatment suggestions.

• Analyze data and modify strategies to guarantee progress.

• Provide regular progress summaries.

• Deliver customized ABA treatment plans in various settings, including homes, schools, and centers.

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid BCBA Certificate is mandatory.

• BCBA certification is essential.

• Experience with children and teenagers diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities is required.

• A vehicle is necessary for travel between assignments.

• Valid driver's license is needed.

• Must reliably commute or plan to relocate before commencing work.

• Availability from Monday to Friday, with weekends as necessary.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
