This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Executing both scheduled and on-demand maintenance for BMS and control systems.
• Identifying faults and efficiently resolving technical challenges.
• Setting up and commissioning controllers along with network-level devices.
• Altering software and ensuring precise system documentation is maintained.
• Creating service reports and providing recommendations.
• Fostering robust customer relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
• Assisting in upgrade and lifecycle projects.
• Advocating for OpenBlue and cloud-connected building technologies.
• Upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in BMS, Building Controls, or Automation.
• Excellent fault-finding and problem-solving abilities.
• Background in a customer-facing service environment.
• Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite.
• Valid UK Driving Licence.
• Capacity to work independently and be part of an out-of-hours callout rota.
• HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related field (desirable).
• Familiarity with Johnson Controls Metasys systems (advantageous).
