Biology Expert – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop sophisticated biology challenges that push the limits of cutting-edge AI systems.

• Formulate deterministic tasks that yield a single correct solution.

• Present comprehensive, validated solutions.

• Construct problems that require experimental reasoning, knowledge of biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics workflows.

• Utilize Python and, when applicable, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools.

• Maintain high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical precision.

⛳️ Requirements

• Master’s or PhD in Biology or a related field within the life sciences.

• Experience in research or industry focusing on computational or quantitative biological analysis.

• Proficient in Python programming.

• Preferred experience in data analysis or bioinformatics workflows.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to tackle complex scientific problems.

• Capability to devise original, challenging problems rooted in practical biological contexts.

• Proficient written English with a keen attention to detail.

• Familiarity with bioinformatics toolkits, genomics workflows, structural biology tools, or computational biology techniques is a plus.

• Experience in designing technical assessments or scientific challenge problems is advantageous.

• Cross-disciplinary experience that encompasses both biology and computation is desirable.
