This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Develop sophisticated biology challenges that test cutting-edge AI systems

• Design deterministic tasks that have a single correct solution

• Provide comprehensive, verified solutions

• Create problems that incorporate experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics processes

• Utilize Python and, when applicable, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools

• Maintain high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical clarity

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master’s or PhD degree in Biology or a related life sciences discipline

• Experience in research or industry focused on computational or quantitative biological analysis

• Proficient in Python; familiarity with data analysis or bioinformatics processes is preferred

• Excellent reasoning skills with a comfort level in tackling multi-step scientific problem solving

• Capability to formulate original, challenging problems rooted in practical biological applications

• Proficient written English with a strong focus on detail
