Biology AI Training Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Develop sophisticated biology challenges that test cutting-edge AI systems

• Construct deterministic tasks that have a single correct solution

• Provide thorough, validated solutions

• Design problems that incorporate experimental reasoning, biological systems, computational analysis, or bioinformatics processes

• Utilize Python and, when applicable, specialized biology or bioinformatics tools

• Maintain high standards of rigor, reproducibility, and technical clarity

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's, Master’s, or PhD in Biology or a related life sciences discipline

• Experience in research or industry related to computational or quantitative biological analysis

• Proficient in Python; familiarity with data analysis or bioinformatics processes is preferred

• Excellent reasoning skills and comfort with multi-step scientific problem-solving

• Capability to devise original, challenging problems rooted in real-world biological applications

• Proficient written English and a keen attention to detail

• Nice to have: Familiarity with bioinformatics toolkits, genomics processes, structural biology tools, or computational biology techniques

• Nice to have: Experience in designing technical assessments or scientific challenge problems

• Nice to have: Cross-disciplinary experience that bridges biology and computation
